Observation

One fan cord observed to to be accessible to children in the toddler room. Blinds in the toddler room appear to be broken and no longer able to maintain tight cords, (pervious licensor approved blinds prior to installation, blinds sighted are in need of repair). One white cabinet appeared to be unsteady and at risk of falling. Cabinets the the bathrooms were not locked, leaving plastics bags and other hazards accessible.
